Meet the Staff
Kori has been with BCDC for 16 years, and director of BCDC for 2 years. She has her bachelors in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys spending time with her husband Travis, family, and friends.

Kori Phipps
Linda has been with BCDC for 22 years. She was the cook for many years, then retired. She now helps out subbing for us when needed. She has her bachelors in Elementary Education. She lives in Lima, Ohio.

Katie has been with BCDC for 11 years, and assistant director for 8 years. She has a bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies. She enjoys spending time with her Fiancé Kyle and two kids.

Olivia has been with BCDC for1 year and has previously helped at the Bluffton YMCA where she worked with school age children. She is working on getting her Child Development Associates.

Kennedie has been with BCDC for almost 2 year. She has three children Hunter, Chase, and Savannah that all attend BCDC. Kennedie also has her cosmetology licenses.
